Open JoyToKey again and double-click "Morrowind" to make it your active config file, then boot up Morrowind and follow fallen's advice for mapping the controls (reverting to default controls, enabling joystick, etc). Now look in the folder you installed JoyToKey, there will be a file called "Morrowind", open it with notepad and paste the text to it from one of fallen's configurations, then save the file.
I've finally figured out how to get this to work. For example, pressing RT and LT to make the face button use different moves. Then open JoyToKey, click the "file" drop-down menu and select "create new configuration file" and name it "Morrowind" or something that you will recognize. So when working with Joytokey, there didn't seem to be any obvious way to create modifier buttons in the program. And you might want to reboot your computer after this.
I hope it helps.įirst, I got the Xbox 360 controller pad driver from the windows update page - you'll have to do a "custom" update and select the driver from the "optional hardware updates" section. I'll try to tell you exactly how I did it Grendel.
